The Italian Fascicolo Sanitario Elettronico (FSE) was conceived to unify citizens' health data, but in practice it operates more as a static archive than an interactive tool. Booking appointments is scattered across multiple platforms, accessing and sharing medical documents is cumbersome, and managing health data on behalf of a family member requires navigating isolated individual accounts.
Nucleo addresses these shortcomings through three core features: a unified document hub where patients and doctors can upload, read and download medical records, a streamlined appointment booking system, and a first-class delegation mechanism that lets you manage health data for your entire family from a single account.
